What does this mean for Niko Software clients?

Will there be any change to billing?

Please be aware that the description for the monthly service, support, and hosting fee on your monthly statements will now read “Free State Group” instead of “Niko Software Corp.” We will be extending the same hourly rates to clients that Niko Software provided, and all pricing for hosting and support will remain unchanged at this time. Will my support contact information change?

If you have any questions or need assistance in any way, please don’t hesitate to contact us. You may continue to use the Niko Software phone number for the time being - 816-474-6500 - or call Free State at 913-871-3630.

If you have an issue requiring support, please continue to use the help desk located at support.nikosoftware.com and click the link labeled "Ask a Question." For support issues, the help desk is the best and most efficient way to contact us while allowing us to maintain the quality control necessary to ensure that all of our customers are receiving accurate and timely responses to their requests.

Will my support staff change?

In the future when you call in to inquire about new services or for assistance, you will now be greeted by the Free State Group support staff. Those of you that have had the pleasure of working with Niko Software’s awesome Brian Alverio will be very pleased to know that he will be continuing on with the Free State Group and will be available to assist you in any support requests that you may have.
